Independent Financial Advisors
Our panel of Independent Financial Advisors can help with all your financial needs. This includes mortgages, life cover, critical illness, trusts, income protection and buildings & contents insurance.
When it comes to mortgages, they have access to a wide selection of lenders so are able to find the most suitable product and also have access to special products that lenders do not offer on the High Street making the experience as smooth as possible for you. Advice is available whether you’re a first time buyer, moving up, re-mortgaging or thinking about buy-to-let.

Solicitors
You will need to appoint a solicitor to handle all the legal aspects of buying your new home. The process can sometimes seem a bit complicated, so the panel of solicitors recommended by Orion Homes have been chosen to help make things as clear and simple as possible for you.
They will keep you updated regularly and explain all of the different steps in plain language to help you understand what’s required. The role of the solicitor is to deal with the legal contracts when you buy, carry out the searches, deal with the Land Registry, transfer the funds when you pay for your new home and to give any other advice that you may need.
Finding the right solicitor can be difficult as there are a lot to choose from. That’s why many of our customers find it easy to use one from our recommended panel – especially as they’re used to dealing with the Orion team and new homes in general.
